Very unique jade specimens are chosen to create the White Lightening Jade Pendant in a special Maori love Twist.  The nephrite jade used has veins of white jade inclusions to make each pendant a one and only design.  To make the jade look like it was twisted, hours of detailed work is needed. 

This is a ready to wear necklace.  The pendant is threaded on a braided wax cord and arrives in a hand crafted wooden display box. 

The Jade measures approximately 32mm long.

In Maori culture, the double and triple twists symbolize the joining of two souls or lives into one forever.  A single twist is universally known as the eternity or infinity symbol and adding another twist adds an additional soul.  Making yet another twist for a total of 3 means that 2 have become one in love never ending.
