Guarantee: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  We must be notified of your desire to return the product within 7 days after you receive it.  We do not refund shipping costs unless the product is damaged and then only after an insurance claim is filed. (We do make exceptions)  Returned items must be in sellable condition when we receive it.  Buy insurance to protect your refund on fragile items.

Damaged items:

If your item arrives damaged, we will refund or replace the item if possible.  Please save all shipment packaging for insurance claims via the shipping company.  We require proof of damage.

We try to be as accurate as possible and many of our products vary slightly from one carving to the next.  Variation in stone and the artist prevents us from posting a photo of every item we ship.  We attempt to ship the item you see, but some items are produced in the same style with some variation already mentioned.  See our guarantee.

One of a kind items are described as such and believed to be unique and unavailable anywhere else.  We will not knowingly mislead you.  We do have other websites and may list a unique item on several websites and at different prices.   Some products are stored at another site requiring more time to ship.  We will notify you of this fact as soon as possible.

Green Policy:  We recycle as much as possible, avoid double boxing and fancy packaging to preserve the enviroment.  Some shippers require double boxing and some fragile items may need this added protection.

Labour compensation:  We do not buy products manufactured by factories or suppliers that do not adequately compensate their employees. 

Consignment and affiliates:  We take consignment items from other retailers and therefore cannot guarantee that every item listed on BigGreenBuddha.com is available when you purchase.  If you buy an item and it is no longer available, we will immediately contact you and refund your entire purchase amount.

    If you would like to sell on BigGreenBuddha.com, just contact us. We now require a tab delimited or csv file to upload other store’s products, but may from time to time offer a few products we approve in advance.  By allowing your products to be sold on BigGreenBuddha.com you are giving your consent for the use of your photos, descriptions and branding, if applicable, to BigGreenBuddha.com.  BigGreenBuddha.com is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from information obtained or given to BigGreenBuddha.com for such items.

Wholesale:  Dealer enquiries are welcomed and we will drop ship any product we carry.  You must provide a tax I.D. number for the current year or business license.

Offers to purchase:  Reasonable offers are always welcomed, but can not always be answered.  If your offer is too low, we do not respond for obvious reasons.
